Sources and uses of funds

During February 2022, Hummingbot Foundation collected $46,175 in fees from exchange connector maintenance agreements.
Note that we have not been able to collect fees from all exchanges, and fees from some exchanges appear disproportionately low given reported volumes. These agreements rely upon the exchange to honor their end of the bargain and to pay the fees owed.
We plan to report both fees collected and reported volumes for each exchange in order to inject more transparency into this process.

The Foundation has a 10-person headcount, primarily comprised of project managers, community managers, and quality assurance staff. Staffing costs in February 2022 were $31,408.
In February 2022, CoinAlpha’s 20% share of fees for their maintained connectors equaled $9,342.
